Bagged culture media offers a convenient way to prepare, enrich, or dilute samples at the volume your process needs, from routine testing to operator validation in sterile applications. Our Redipor® ready-to-use media bags are available in sizes from 100 ml to 6 L, with a choice of connection types, including standard and needle-free injection ports, Luer Lock, and CPC connection, to match your process requirements. Redipor can also be tailor-made to meet your specific requirements — formulation, packaging, batch size — when our off-the-shelf products don't quite fit.

Aseptic processing environments rely on validated methods to confirm that operators and equipment maintain sterility throughout a process. Bagged culture media plays a role in this validation, supporting operator broth transfer testing and aseptic process simulations (media fill), alongside its use in routine sample preparation, enrichment, and dilution work.
As part of AnalytiChem's Redipor® prepared media range, bagged media products are supplied from 100 ml up to 6 L, with a choice of fill volumes and connection types, including standard injection port, needle-free injection port, Luer Lock, and CPC connection, to accommodate a range of process setups.
For Europe, AnalytiChem's Redipor portfolio includes irradiated bagged media, which undergoes an irradiation process to enhance sterility assurance and reduce the risk of contamination. Thermally sterilized bags are also available for some products, giving laboratories a choice of sterilization method depending on their application.
All RTU media bags are manufactured with carefully selected ingredients in cleanroom facilities. Quality checks at each stage of production ensure a contaminant-free product that delivers consistent batch-to-batch performance. Samples from each batch undergo full quality control testing according to industry standards, and every batch is supplied with a detailed certificate of analysis (CoA).
