Consistent, well-tested media is essential wherever reliable microbiological results are required, from routine quality control checks to environmental monitoring programs and sterility testing in regulated manufacturing. Bottled ready-to-use media supports each of these applications, removing the variability that can come from in-house preparation.
AnalytiChem's ready-to-use (RTU) media bottles are manufactured in modern cleanroom facilities and undergo extensive quality control testing based on industry standards. The portfolio includes a wide variety of broth and agar-based media, in glass and autoclavable plastic bottles with plastic or metal screw caps and septum, in sizes from 30 ml up to 1 L, with formulations including Tryptic Soy Broth (TSB) and diluents such as Buffered Sodium Chloride Peptone.
In some regions, infusion bottles are available in volumes of 100 ml to 1 L with a crimp cap and septum, designed for sterility testing. For Europe, AnalytiChem's QbigSeT products add a further layer of sterility assurance, with ethylene oxide (ETOX) treated bottles packed in boxes of 12 or 20 and single, double, or triple wrapped, with composition and barrier configuration available to customize to specific requirements.
